COVID-19 Vaccine Updates


We are now offering the Moderna vaccine for first time recipients by appointment only, this can be scheduled by calling our COVID-19 line at (484) 447-0190. If you are interested in receiving your Moderna Additional Dose, you must first fill out this form to see if you fit the CDC's qualifications. Once the form is submitted, keep an eye out for a call from our staff to schedule your appointment.


We are NO LONGER offering COVID-19 Vaccine walk-in clinics for the MODERNA vaccine. Walk-ins are available for Johnson & Johnson Vaccine recipients Monday-Friday 10:00am - 4:00pm! All MODERNA first dose vaccine appointments must be made by calling our office and additional doses will be scheduled by filling out the Moderna Additional Dose form.
