About Our Addiction Medicine Services
At Tri-County Urgent Care, Health and Wellness Center, Dr. Noah Bass provides confidential, compassionate, evidence-based medical care for individuals struggling with substance use disorders, including heroin and other opioids, cocaine/crack cocaine, kratom, alcohol, stimulants, and other substances.
Dr. Bass is Board-certified in Addiction Medicine and has more than 20 years of experience caring for patients with substance use disorders. Treatment is individualized based on each patient's needs and may include FDA-approved medications when clinically appropriate, ongoing medical management, recovery support, and coordination with licensed behavioral health professionals and higher levels of care when needed.
Services include:
• Evaluation and treatment of opioid use disorder, including heroin and prescription opioid use
• Buprenorphine/naloxone (Suboxone®) treatment when clinically appropriate
• Evaluation and treatment of cocaine/crack cocaine and other stimulant use disorders
• Evaluation and treatment of kratom use and dependence
• Evaluation and medication management for alcohol use disorder
• Ongoing medical follow-up and recovery support
• Coordination with behavioral health, counseling, detoxification, rehabilitation, and higher levels of care when clinically indicated
