Dr. Navneet Sharma is an established and highly regarded physician and Medical Director of Tri-County Health and Wellness Center. Board-Certified and practicing since 2004, Dr. Sharma has over 20 years of experience in Hospital Medicine and Healthcare Leadership in the greater Philadelphia area.
As CEO, Dr. Sharma leads Tri-County’s mission to deliver quality, patient-centered healthcare through innovation, collaboration, and compassion. Chief Operating Officer | Senior Vice President
Dr. Noah Bass brings over two decades of clinical experience in Hospital Medicine and Addiction Medicine. Board-Certified in Family Medicine, Dr. Bass is passionate about helping patients achieve recovery through compassionate, personalized care.
His leadership has been instrumental in expanding Tri-County’s addiction treatment program, integrating behavioral health and medical care to support patients’ long-term success. Dr. Bass was recognized with Top Doctor Awards in 2018 and 2019.

Alexandra “Alex” Wallace is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant passionate about delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients of all ages. She provides both Urgent Care and Aesthetic Medicine services at our Phoenixville clinic.
Alex’s background in Behavioral Neuroscience and her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies allow her to bring a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to patient care — from injury and illness management to wellness and cosmetic treatments.
