COVID-19 Updates
It is official, Moderna Additional Doses are now available to those who are immunocompromised! If you would like to schedule an appointment to receive your Additional Dose, please fill out the form HERE to be added to our contact list. Once you have added your name to our Additional Dose Contact List, a member of our staff will reach out to you to schedule your injection appointment. If you are interested in receiving your initial dose of the Moderna Vaccine you can call our office at (484) 447-0190 to schedule an appointment.
We will also be administering initial doses of the Moderna Vaccine in our Primary Care facility. If you are interested in scheduling an appointment to receive your first or second dose, please call our COVID-19 line at (484) 447-0190 and someone will assist you in scheduling an appointment. We will no longer be offering this as a walk-in service.
We Make COVID-19 Testing Easy!
There are two ways you can receive your COVID-19 TEST, your test can be scheduled ahead of time in our Urgent Care or you can come in as a walk-in appointment. All COVID-19 tests are done from the comfort of your car, so please, when you arrive for a COVID-19 Test, DO NOT ENTER the building. Please call the number provided to you on the signs in the parking lot to notify a staff member that you have arrived and are ready for your COVID-19 Test to be administered. Depending on the test you choose, results will either be provided to you within 15 minutes or a staff member will call you when your results have been released from the lab.
