Here at the Tri-County Health & Wellness Center, we understand the importance of providing you with a safe and reliable way to receive care during these uncertain times.
That’s why we are working hard to ensure that all of our protocols and procedures minimize any risk of COVID-19 transmission while still allowing you to receive the medical attention you need.
We have developed guidelines and measures that ensure that everyone is able to get the best care possible, including having COVID-19 vaccines available for those who qualify.

What We Offer: Our COVID-19 Testing Processes
Rapid Tests
At Tri-County Health & Wellness Center, we offer rapid testing for those who are concerned they may have been exposed to or contracted the Covid-19 virus. 3 years into the Covid-19 epidemic, people are still dying from this disease every day.
This works by detecting pieces of viral proteins, or antigens, in a sample taken from your nose or throat swab, indicating an active infection. This can quickly detect active coronavirus infections, enabling us to provide timely results and treatment if necessary.
PCR Tests
We offer PCR tests for those who may have been exposed to or contracted the virus.
This is considered one of the most accurate methods for detecting coronavirus infections since it is able to detect even low levels of the virus in a person’s body. It looks for genetic material from the virus in a nose or throat swab sample.
Antibody Testing
Our antibody testing options detect antibodies in your blood produced by your immune system when it fights off viruses like Covid-19.
This can be used as an additional tool to help confirm a current infection or determine whether someone has had an infection in the past that they were not aware of due to mild symptoms or no symptoms at all.
How Do We Do It: Our COVID-19 Testing Protocols
At Tri-County Health & Wellness Center, we are dedicated to providing a secure and healthy environment for our patients. That is why all individuals entering the facility undergo an initial screening process to detect any signs of illness or exposure.
Those who display symptoms or may have been exposed to the virus will be requested to stay in their vehicles until they can receive testing. We prioritize your safety, so these precautions are of the utmost importance!
And to ensure the safety and well-being of both our staff members and patients, all personnel working with clients must don personal protective equipment (PPE) such as masks and gloves for their entire shift.
Additionally, to reduce contact between individuals in our facility, we have implemented social distancing guidelines that restrict the number of people allowed in each waiting area at once while requiring everyone present to remain six feet apart from one another always.
Our COVID-19 Vaccination Program
In addition to our testing protocols, we also have a comprehensive vaccine program available for those who wish to be vaccinated.
At the forefront of our vaccination program is safety for all. We offer efficient and accurate vaccines without making you wait too long or unnecessarily exposing yourself to risk.
Our knowledgeable medical providers are more than willing to answer any queries you may have prior to administering the vaccine, so don't hesitate if you would like additional information!
Reminder:
We are committed to keeping our customers and employees safe by strictly adhering to state-mandated health protocols during the COVID-19 pandemic.
As of now, we are offering Johnson & Johnson initial doses on a walk-in basis from Monday to Friday between 10 am and 4 pm, as well as Moderna first and second dose appointments. Furthermore, once the CDC approves it, we will offer additional Moderna dosage options too!

Our Urgent Care Center offers COVID-19 testing daily from 8 am to 9 pm.
